Aircraft Refueller CN 4PL to CN 10PL

Product description

The tank superstructure is designed for the transport of JET A1 or AVGAS 100L and for refuelling aircraft using an open system via an UP WING nozzle or simultaneously via a nozzle and a pressurised UNDER WING coupling. The tank superstructurecomplies with all regulations for transport and operation on airport surfaces according to IATA and ČSN EN 12312-5, including filtration standards API/IP – SPEC 1581, 6th edition, and regulations for the transport of dangerous goods ADR – code LGBF.
It can be mounted on a chassis with a payload capacity of min. 17-22 tonnes in ADR FL configuration

Tank Construction

1-2 compartments with a transport capacity of 16,000-20,000 L. The tank is fitted with welded baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR standards. Tank material: aluminium alloy H5182 (or AISI 304 stainless steel). The tank is equipped with safety valves and a vapour recovery system enabling both bottom and top filling. The enclosed dispensing technology compartment is located either behind the cab or at the rear of the vehicle, depending on chassis weight distribution.

Dispensing Equipment

1x metered dispensing outlet via a hose reel mechanically wound by torsion spring, or hydraulically or pneumatically driven, with DN 32 (38) hose, length 15-40 m, dispensing nozzle DN 32 (38) – flow rate 180-250 L/min.),

1x metered dispensing outlet via a mechanically wound hose reel with DN 25 hose, length 15 m, with DN 20 dispensing nozzle with automatic shut-off (flow rate up to 60 L/min.)

Or

1x metered pressure refuelling via DDC 2″ pressure coupling, DN 38 (DN 50) hose (flow rate 300-400 L/min.)

1x metered dispensing outlet via a hose reel mechanically wound by torsion spring, or hydraulically or pneumatically driven, with DN 32 (38) hose (flow rate 60-250 L/min.)

1x high-capacity metered dispensing outlet via a separate DN 3″ connection with cap (MK 3″) and DDC 2.5″ dry coupling (flow rate up to 400 L/min.)

Metering System

Max. flow rate up to 500 L/min – mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15°C, including electronic printer. Option to connect a system for data transfer of dispensed quantities to specific refuelled vehicles, machines and equipment after login using an RFID card or chip; data are transmitted via web interface or local Wi-Fi to a PC.    

Water Filter separator

1 x FAUDI water separator filter, compliant with EI-1581, 6th edition, flow rate 140-400 L/min, supplied with differential pressure gauge. Internal filter elements are replaceable depending on the dispensed product.

Sludge drainage and sampling via a separate outlet from both the filters and the tank.

Optional sludge tank with sight glass, capacity approx. 40-80 L.
