Box‑Type Service Modules for Oils, Greases and Other Fluids and for Performing Service Operations CN‑MV

Box-type service modules for transporting and filling mining machines, vehicles and other mobile equipment with petroleum products – 3 to 4 types of oils, coolant, suction of used oils and lubrication with solid greases, with the possibility of carrying out service operations. The construction of the box superstructure complies with all regulations for the transport of dangerous goods ADR – Class 9 UN 90/3082 – code LGBV and the superstructures can be permanently mounted on any chassis with a payload capacity of min. 7.5–12 tonnes.

Construction of the Box Superstructures

ALUVAN all-aluminium box construction system with insulation. The design can be configured according to customer requirements, depending on the required types of new oils including their capacity, tanks for solid greases and used oils, and the necessary tools for carrying out the required service operations. The entire service module can be powered by all possible types of power supply, i.e. from the electrical network 400–500 V, a generator set or the hydraulic circuit from the chassis PTO.
