The SYKO 7\u20138 inert superstructure is designed for efficient winter road maintenance using inert spreading materials such as sand, crushed stone or gravel. The superstructure has a double-wall design that allows the cavity to be heated by a diesel or gas burner. On request, the attachment can also be insulated for better thermal stability. This minimises the risk of the spreading material freezing and ensures optimal consistency even in extreme winter conditions. The electronic control system allows the easy adjustment of operating parameters according to operational requirements. All functions are controlled by the driver directly from the driver\u2019s position, while the system can automatically maintain the spreading rate and spreading width even when the vehicle speed changes. The system also enables data transfer via a standardised interface for further processing.<\/p>\n
The superstructure can be powered either from the vehicle\u2019s built-in hydraulic system or by an auxiliary engine. To increase durability and service life, the inner wall of the hopper can be manufactured from stainless steel. If required, the attachment can also be equipped with a front mid-axle spreader, which improves driving characteristics even in adverse conditions. For greater versatility and use during the summer months, the rear spreader can be replaced with a closing and dispensing device. This allows the hopper to be filled with hot asphalt mix and the attachment to be used for repairing potholes on roads.<\/p>\n
The variable design allows installation on various types of chassis, on different types of interchangeable systems or on single-hook container carriers, and can be adapted to specific operational requirements.<\/p>\n
