The crushing unit is attached to the vehicle using a mounting system on the rear of a tipper truck. Crushed stone is fed into the hopper from the truck superstructure, which is gradually raised as needed to replenish the material.<\/p>\n
The unit consists of an aggregate hopper and a crushing roller with an adjustable rotation direction. A mounting device on the front wall connects it securely to the towing vehicle. The rear wall of the hopper contains a dosing unit with individual slide gates whose sections can be manually adjusted to regulate the crushing width. The lift of the dosing plate is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder.<\/p>\n
The machine is equipped with an operator platform that is folded into the hopper space during transport. During operation, the unit is towed by the vehicle at a speed of 1\u20135 km\/h.
