It features a double-wall tank with external insulation and indirect heating via thermal oil to ensure efficient and uniform heating of the material. The design also includes a compartment for preheating the emulsion hose and manual applicator bar. For safe operation on roads, the machine is equipped with wheel chocks and warning lights.<\/p>\n<p>The asphalt melter is available in several sizes \u2013 smaller versions are mounted on a single-axle trailer, while larger models are mounted on a tandem-axle trailer.<\/p>\n<p>The trailers feature an adjustable drawbar with the option of an A50-X coupling or a 40 mm towing eye. Power is provided by an independent diesel engine which, via a hydraulic system and a gear pump, ensures mixing, spraying and suction of residual material from the distribution system. On request, the units can be equipped with a hydraulic drive to facilitate movement at the worksite and with a compressor for cleaning the distribution system.
