The tank is divided into two separate sections for bitumen emulsion and water, according to customer requirements, and is mounted on a truck chassis with the required payload capacity.<\/p>\n
The emulsion tank is insulated, manufactured from steel or stainless steel sheet, and equipped with a heating system to maintain the optimal material temperature. Heating of the contents is provided either by a heating tube (direct heating) or by a heating coil with thermal oil (indirect heating). The dispensing\/dosing pump can be powered either by a dedicated auxiliary engine or by the vehicle\u2019s hydraulic system.<\/p>\n
