The tank superstructure is designed for the transport of JET A1 or AVGAS 100LL for refuelling aircraft either by open refuelling via an UP WING nozzle or by nozzle refuelling combined with pressure refuelling through an UNDER WING coupling. The tank superstructure complies with all regulations for transport and operation on airport aprons, including IATA requirements and \u010cSN EN 12312-5, as well as the API\/IP filtration standard – SPEC 1581, 6th edition, and the ADR regulations for the transport of dangerous goods (code LGBF). It can be installed on a chassis with a payload capacity of 17-22 tonnes in ADR FL configuration.<\/p>\n
Tank Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n 1-2 compartments with a transport capacity of 16,000-20,000 L. The tank interior includes welded baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR requirements. The tank is manufactured from H5182 aluminium alloy (or AISI 304 stainless steel). The tank is equipped with safety valves and vapour recovery for bottom and top loading. The dispensing equipment compartment can be located behind the cab or at the rear of the vehicle, depending on the chassis weight distribution.<\/p>\n Dispensing Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n 1x metered dispensing outlet through a hose reel (mechanical with torsion spring, hydraulic or pneumatic) with DN 32 (38) hose, length 15-40 m, dispensing nozzle DN 32 (38) (flow rate 180-250 L\/min.,<\/p>\n 1x metered dispensing outlet through a mechanically wound hose reel with DN 25 hose, length 15 m, plus DN 20 automatic shut-off nozzle (flow rate up to 60 L\/min.)<\/p>\n Or<\/p>\n 1x metered pressure refuelling via DDC 2″ pressure coupling, hose DN 38 (DN 50) (maximum flow rate 300-750 L\/min.<\/p>\n 1x metered dispensing outlet via hose reel (mechanical with torsion spring, hydraulic or pneumatic) with DN 32 (38) hose<\/p>\n 1x high-capacity dispensing via separate outlet with DN 3″ coupling and cap (MK 3″) and DDC 2.5″ dry coupling<\/p>\n Metering<\/strong><\/p>\n Maximum flow rate 500-1,000 L\/min – mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15\u00b0C, including an electronic printer. Optional connection enables transfer of dispensing data to specific vehicles, machinery or equipment, using RFID card or chip identification, with data transmitted via web interface or local Wi-Fi to a PC.\u00a0<\/p>\n Water Filter separator<\/strong><\/p>\n 1 x FAUDI water filter separator, compliant with EI 1581, 6th edition, flow rate 500-1,000 L\/min, supplied with differential pressure gauge.
