The tank service superstructure is designed for the transport and refuelling of construction machinery, vehicles and other mobile equipment with diesel fuel and AdBlue. The superstructure construction complies with all regulations for the transport of dangerous goods under ADR \u2013 Class 3, UN 30\/1202 \u2013 code LGBF. The units can be permanently mounted on any chassis with a minimum payload of 12\u201318 tonnes.<\/p>\n
Construction of the Diesel Tank<\/strong><\/p>\n 1\u20132 compartments with a transport volume of 8,000\u201317,000 L. The interior of the tank is fitted with welded baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR standards. Tank material \u2013 aluminium alloy H5182. The tank is equipped with safety valves and a vapour recovery system enabling both bottom and top loading. The enclosed dispensing technology compartment is located either behind the cab or at the rear of the vehicle, depending on the chassis weight distribution.<\/p>\n Diesel Dispensing Equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1x metered dispensing via a hose reel (mechanically spring-driven, hydraulically or pneumatically driven) with DN 32 (38) hose, length 15\u201340 m, DN 32 dispensing nozzle (38) \u2013 flow rate 180\u2013250 L\/min.,<\/p>\n 1x metered dispensing via a mechanically wound hose reel with DN 25 hose, length 15 m + DN 20 automatic shut-off nozzle (flow rate up to 60 L\/min.)<\/p>\n 1x metered high-capacity dispensing via a separate outlet with DN 3\u201d coupling and cap (MK 3\u201d)<\/p>\n Metering Unit<\/strong><\/p>\n Maximum flow rate up to 500 L\/min \u2013 mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15 \u00b0C, including an electronic printer. Optional connection for data transmission of dispensed volumes to specific refuelled mobile vehicles, machinery and equipment after login via RFID card or chip. Data are transmitted via web interface or local Wi-Fi to a PC.\u00a0<\/p>\n Insulated AdBlue Tank<\/strong><\/p>\n A double-wall tank (optionally indirectly heated for an additional charge) with a capacity of 200\u2013500 L for AdBlue is installed in a separate technological cabinet at the rear of the container. The tank is equipped with a calibrated pressure sensor for immediate monitoring of the fill level and is filled via a \u201cC\u201d coupling or through a top opening with a lockable DN 2\u201d cap. Filling of the tank is monitored on a display in the dispensing technology compartment. An acoustic signal is triggered when 95% capacity is reached.<\/p>\n The metered dispensing system for AdBlue is equipped with a filter up to 5 microns and a 24 V electrically driven pump.
