Municipal Solid Waste Collection Superstructure PRESKO 18–22

The superstructure with a linear compactor and rear bin lifter is designed for the collection and transport of household, landfill and industrial waste, including ash and all types of separately collected waste (glass, bio-waste, paper, plastics, etc.).

The waste is compacted into the collection superstructure by a linear compactor located in the rear tailgate. The compactor is used to compress the collected waste and move it into the collection superstructure.

A bin lifter mounted on the rear tailgate lifts waste containers from the ground, tips them and empties them into the hopper of the compactor.

Compatible with containers of 110, 120, 240, 330, 660 and 1,100 litres (including flat lids). The rear tailgate is raised by two hydraulic cylinders. Waste is ejected from the collection superstructure by an ejector plate driven by a telescopic cylinder, which simultaneously creates the required counterpressure during compaction.

The collection superstructure is welded from steel profiles and plates. Longitudinal guides for the ejector plate are installed on both inner sides of the collection superstructure.

Available as a rigid superstructure or as an interchangeable version for single-arm hook-lift container carriers.
