Crushing Device PKN 3000

The crushing unit is attached to the vehicle using a mounting system on the rear of a tipper truck. Crushed stone is fed into the hopper from the truck superstructure, which is gradually raised as needed to replenish the material.

The unit consists of an aggregate hopper and a crushing roller with an adjustable rotation direction. A mounting device on the front wall connects it securely to the towing vehicle. The rear wall of the hopper contains a dosing unit with individual slide gates whose sections can be manually adjusted to regulate the crushing width. The lift of the dosing plate is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder.

The machine is equipped with an operator platform that is folded into the hopper space during transport. During operation, the unit is towed by the vehicle at a speed of 1–5 km/h. The machine must not be transported to the worksite towed behind a vehicle on public roads.
