Product description
The high-performance sweeping attachment with a suction fan is used for collecting debris – from fine dust particles to gravel and stones, leaves and sand – from road surfaces, paved areas, industrial zones and similar locations.
The self-propelled sweeper is mounted on a two- or three-axle chassis. In this case, the attachment is designed as a quick-change unit to maximise utilisation of the chassis, with installation on a single-hook hook-lift system.
The sweeping unit itself is located between the axles of the vehicle. The unit consists of a suction system, a sprinkler system and a set of sweeping brushes. This system is variable and, depending on requirements and with regard to the chassis design, the machine can be equipped with a configuration of sweeping equipment that fully meets your operating conditions.
The standard right-hand configuration (with the suction nozzle on the right side) can be extended with a suction nozzle and side brush on the left side as well. In this case, the longitudinal cylindrical brush is reversible.
Water is sprayed through a water circuit that uses nozzles to create a water curtain within the sweeping brushes and also on the swept surface ahead of the sweeping unit.
The attachment may also be fitted with a rear suction bar, enabling thorough cleaning of surfaces contaminated with mud, sand and other wet sediments whose consistency would render a standard sweeping unit inefficient. This system combines the high pressure of a water jet (84 l/min at 180 bar), which effectively washes the debris away, with the high performance of the suction turbine, which removes the resulting mixture of water and debris across the entire width of the rear suction bar, achieving excellent results when cleaning roads and paved surfaces.
On request, the attachment may be equipped with a front-mounted disc brush, a rear suction hose with nozzle, a high-pressure washing gun and a wide range of additional accessories.
The variable design allows installation on various types of chassis either as a dedicated fixed attachment or as an interchangeable attachment compatible with different interchangeable systems.
