Mobile Storage Tank ST 1000 – 2000

The unit is designed as a mobile storage tank for the transport and storage of asphalt emulsions at temperatures of up to 80 °C. The unit is mounted on a trailer corresponding to the required payload capacity.

The tank is insulated and manufactured from steel or stainless steel sheet and includes a heating system to maintain the material at the optimal temperature. The contents can be heated either by a heating tube (direct heating) or by a heating coil with thermal oil (indirect heating). The dispensing or dosing pump can be powered either by an auxiliary engine on the unit, by the hydraulic system of the towing vehicle, or electrically.

The equipment is primarily intended for the transport of asphalt emulsions and is not subject to ADR regulations. On request, the unit can be equipped with a spray bar for applying the emulsion directly onto the road surface.
