Spreading Blade LR 2000

The device is designed to enable efficient spreading of asphalt mixtures in various widths, including filling milled grooves on damaged road surfaces. The blade is designed for travel in road traffic at speeds of up to 60 km/h.

Material is discharged into the spreading blade from the metering shut-off device of the superstructure mounted on a truck chassis. Raising, lowering and downforce of the blade are controlled by hydraulic cylinders operated via control valves. The drive is hydraulic, powered by hydraulic motors.

To ensure communication between the operator and the driver, the spreading blade is equipped with a button for an acoustic signal transmitted to the vehicle cab.
