Mobile / Stationary Storage Tank ST 3000 – 8000

The unit is designed either as a stationary installation or as a mobile storage tank for the transport and storage of asphalt emulsions at temperatures of up to 80 °C. In the mobile version, the unit is mounted on a trailer corresponding to the required payload capacity. In the stationary version, it can be installed with a containment tray for safe storage of emulsions.

The tank is insulated and manufactured from steel or stainless steel sheet and includes a heating system for maintaining the material at the optimal temperature. The contents are heated either by a heating tube (direct heating) or by a heating coil with thermal oil (indirect heating). The dispensing or dosing pump can be powered either by an auxiliary engine on the unit, by the hydraulic system of the towing vehicle, or electrically.

The equipment is primarily intended for the transport and storage of asphalt emulsions and is not subject to ADR regulations.
