Product description
The combined superstructure is designed for the transport and application of asphalt emulsions not subject to ADR, while also allowing the transport and spraying of water. The tank is divided into two separate sections for bitumen emulsion and water, according to customer requirements, and is mounted on a truck chassis with the required payload capacity.
The emulsion tank is insulated, manufactured from steel or stainless steel sheet, and equipped with a heating system to maintain the optimal material temperature. Heating of the contents is provided either by a heating tube (direct heating) or by a heating coil with thermal oil (indirect heating). The dispensing/dosing pump can be powered either by a dedicated auxiliary engine or by the vehicle’s hydraulic system.
The unit is primarily intended for the transport and application of asphalt emulsions not subject to ADR, as well as water.
