Ground Equipment Refueller CN 8A to CN 18A
Product description
The tank superstructure is designed for the transport and refuelling of military and civilian ground mobile equipment with all available fuels (diesel F-54; petrol F-67; NATO single fuel JP/F-34). The tank superstructure complies with all regulations for transport and operation on public roads in accordance with ADR – Class 3, code LGBF. The unit can be mounted on chassis with a minimum payload of 12–22 tonnes in ADR FL configuration.
Construction of the Tank
1–3 compartments with a transport volume of 8,000–18,000 L. The interior of the tank is fitted with welded baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR standards. Tank material – stainless steel AISI 304, aluminium alloy H5182, or carbon steel with an internal special lining resistant to petroleum products. The tank is equipped with safety valves and a vapour recovery system enabling both bottom and top loading. The enclosed dispensing technology compartment is located at the rear of the vehicle or between the axles, depending on the chassis weight distribution.
Dispensing Equipment
2 x metered dispensing via hydraulically, pneumatically or mechanically (torsion spring) driven hose reels with DN 32 (DN 25) hose, length 15–30 m, dispensing nozzles DN 32 (DN 38; DN 25; DN 20).
Maximum combined flow rate through both dispensing lines simultaneously: 60–230 L/min depending on the selected dispensing nozzles.
1x metered high-capacity dispensing via a separate outlet with DN 3” coupling and cap (MK 3”) and DDC 2.5” dry coupling – dispensing flow rate up to 400–600 L/min.
Metering Unit
Maximum flow rate 500–700 L/min – mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15 °C, including an electronic printer. Optional connection for data transmission of dispensed volumes to specific refuelled mobile vehicles, machinery and equipment after login via RFID card or chip to a PC.
As an optional extra – microfilters with replaceable internal elements from 1 to 25 microns.
Provision for drainage and sampling from the piping system.
