Aircraft and Ground Equipment Refueller CN (8PL to CN 18PL) – UP WING

Product description

The tank superstructure is designed for the transport of JET A1 (standard fuel F-34) and for refuelling aircraft using an UP WING nozzle system. The tank superstructure complies with all regulations for transport and operation on airport surfaces in accordance with IATA and ČSN EN 12312-5, including API/IP filtration standard SPEC 1581, 6th edition, as well as ADR requirements – code LGBF. The unit can be mounted on chassis with a minimum payload of 17–22 tonnes in ADR FL configuration.

Construction of the Tank

1–3 compartments with a transport volume of 8,000–20,000 L. The interior of the tank is fitted with welded baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR standards. Tank material – stainless steel AISI 304 or aluminium alloy H5182. The tank is equipped with safety valves and a vapour recovery system enabling both bottom and top loading. The enclosed dispensing technology compartment is located either behind the cab or at the rear of the vehicle, depending on the chassis weight distribution.

Dispensing Equipment

1x metered dispensing via a hydraulically or pneumatically driven hose reel with DN 38 hose, length 25–40 m, including dispensing nozzle (maximum flow rate up to 250 L/min.)

1x metered high-capacity dispensing via a separate outlet with DN 3” coupling and cap (MK 3”) and DDC 2.5” dry coupling

Metering Unit

Maximum flow rate 500–700 L/min – mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15 °C, including an electronic printer. Optional connection for data transmission of dispensed volumes to specific refuelled mobile vehicles, machinery and equipment after login via RFID card or chip to a PC.

Water Filter Separator

1x FAUDI water filter separator in compliance with EI 1581, 6th edition, flow rate 500–700 L/min, installed including differential pressure gauge. Internal filter elements are replaceable depending on the dispensed product.

Drainage and sampling are provided via a separate outlet from both the filters and the tank.

Optional sludge tank with sight glass, capacity approximately 40–80 L – for a fee.
