Aircraft Refueller CN 16PL

Product description

The tank superstructure is designed for the transport of JET A1 (single fuel F-34) and for refuelling aircraft via pressure refuelling through an UNDER WING coupling as well as via an UP WING nozzle. The tank superstructure complies with all regulations for transport and operation on airport aprons, including IATA requirements and ČSN EN 12312-5, as well as the API/IP filtration standard – SPEC 1581, 6th edition, and the ADR regulations for the transport of dangerous goods (code LGBF).
It can be installed on a chassis with a payload capacity of 17-22 tonnes in ADR FL configuration.

Tank Construction

1-2 compartments with a transport capacity of 16,000-20,000 L. The tank interior includes welded baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR standards. The tank is manufactured from H5182 aluminium alloy. The tank is equipped with safety valves and vapour recovery for bottom and top loading. The dispensing equipment compartment can be located behind the cab or at the rear of the vehicle, depending on the chassis weight distribution.

Dispensing Equipment

1x metered pressure refuelling via DDC 2″ pressure coupling, DN 50 hose, length 20 m – maximum flow rate 300-750 L/min.

1x metered dispensing outlet via hydraulically or pneumatically driven hose reel with DN 38 hose, length 25 m, including dispensing nozzle (maximum flow rate up to 250 L/min.)

1x high-capacity metered dispensing via separate outlet with DN 3″ coupling and cap (MK 3″) and DDC 2.5″ dry coupling

Metering System

Maximum flow rate 700-1,200 L/min – mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15°C, including an electronic printer. Optional connection enables transfer of dispensing data to specific vehicles, machinery or equipment using RFID card or chip identification, with data transmitted to a PC.

Water Filter separator

1 x FAUDI water filter separator, compliant with EI 1581, 6th edition, flow rate 500-1,000 L/min, supplied with differential pressure gauge. Filter elements are replaceable depending on the product being dispensed.

Sediment draining and sampling via a separate outlet from the filters and the tank itself.

Optional sediment collection tank with sight glass (approx. 40-80 L).
