Diesel and AdBlue Containers CSAL 6KN‑AD to CSAL 10KN‑AD
Product description
are designed for the transport and dispensing of diesel fuel and AdBlue (or other liquids) and are equipped with a hook-lift frame for hook-loader systems with a minimum capacity of 5–17 tonnes, frame length of approximately 4,200–6,200 mm and hook height of 1,000 or 1,570 mm in accordance with DIN 30720. The container may be placed on any level surface with a maximum gradient of 3%. The tank service container may dispense fuel either when loaded on a hook-lift carrier or when free-standing on a flat surface and complies with all environmental and dangerous goods transport regulations in accordance with ADR – Class 3 and UN 30/1202.
Diesel Tank
The tank is designed as double-walled with interstitial monitoring in accordance with environmental regulations. The tank tank may be configured with a maximum of two compartments, with a transport capacity of 4,000–10,000 L. The interior of the tank is fitted with welded surge baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR standards. Tank material: aluminium alloy H5182 (or stainless steel AISI 304). The tank is equipped with safety valves and a vapour recovery system enabling both bottom and top loading. The enclosed dispensing technology compartment is located at the rear of the container in a separate cabinet. The technology compartment is secured with lockable roller shutters or lockable hinged doors.
Diesel Metering Unit
Maximum flow rate up to 500 L/min – mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15 °C including electronic printer, with optional connection for data transfer of dispensed quantities to specific refuelled mobile vehicles, machines or equipment via RFID card or chip login to PC.
Diesel Dispensing Equipment:
1x metered dispensing unit via mechanically (torsion spring) or hydraulically rewound hose reel with DN 32 hose, 15–30 m in length, DN 32 dispensing nozzle – flow rate 180–250 L/min.,
1x metered dispensing unit via mechanically rewound hose reel with DN 25 hose, 15 m in length + DN 20 automatic shut-off nozzle (flow rate up to 60 L/min.)
1x high-capacity metered dispensing outlet via separate discharge with DN 3″ coupling and cap (MK 3”)
Insulated AdBlue Tank
A double-walled (optionally indirectly heated) 200–500 L AdBlue tank is installed in a separate technical cabinet at the rear of the container. The tank is equipped with a calibrated pressure sensor to allow immediate monitoring of fill level and is filled via a “C” coupling or via a top filling neck with a lockable DN 2″ cap. The filling of the tank is monitored on a display in the dispensing compartment; when 95% capacity is reached, an acoustic alarm is activated.
