Tank

The tank itself is designed as a double-wall structure with leak detection in accordance with environmental protection standards. The tank container may have up to two compartments with a transport capacity of 4,000 to 10,000 litres. The interior of the tank is fitted with baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR regulations. The tank is made of aluminium alloy H5182 (or stainless steel AISI 304). It is equipped with safety valves and a vapour recovery system allowing both bottom and top loading. The dispensing technology is located in a closed service compartment in the rear part of the container, housed in a separate cabinet with lockable doors. The technical compartment is secured by lockable roller shutters or hinged lockable doors.

Dispensing Equipment:

1x metered dispensing outlet via a hose reel with DN 32 hose (15-30 m), either spring-loaded or hydraulically driven, equipped with a DN 32 automatic shut-off dispensing nozzle (flow rate up to 180 L/min.),

1x metered dispensing outlet via a mechanically driven hose reel with DN 25 hose (15 m) and DN 20 automatic shut-off nozzle (flow rate up to 60 L/min.)

1x metered high-capacity dispensing outlet with DN 3″ connection and cap (MK 3″)

Diesel Metering Unit

Maximum flow rate 200-500 L/min – mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15°C including an electronic printer. The system can also be connected to enable data on dispensed quantities to be transferred to specific vehicles, machines or equipment via RFID card or chip identification and PC interface.
