Product description
Designed for the transport and refuelling of ground-based military and civilian mobile equipment using all commonly available fuels (diesel F-54, petrol F-67, NATO single fuel JP/F-34). It is approved for combined transport, meaning transport on vehicles equipped with a hook-lift H system, as well as by ship, aircraft and rail, in accordance with CSC and ISO 1496-3 standards. The unit is also approved for the transport of dangerous goods under ADR Class 3 in accordance with ADR (RID) Section 6.8, and is equipped with ADR FL electrical installation.
Tank Construction
The tank is designed as a double-wall structure with inter-wall monitoring in accordance with environmental protection requirements. The tank may have up to three compartments with a transport capacity of 8,000-10,000 L. The interior includes welded baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR regulations. The tank is manufactured from H5182 aluminium alloy (or AISI 304 stainless steel). It is equipped with safety valves and vapour recovery for bottom and top loading. The dispensing equipment is located in a separate enclosed technical compartment at the front of the container, housed in a cabinet with doors.
Dispensing Equipment
2x metered dispensing outlet via hydraulically or mechanically (torsion spring) driven hose reels with DN 32 (DN 25) hoses, length 15-30 m, dispensing nozzles DN 32 (DN 38; DN 25; DN 20).
Maximum combined flow rate through both dispensing branches 60-230 L/min, depending on the type of dispensing nozzles used.
1x high-capacity metered dispensing outlet via hydraulically wound hose reel with DN 50 hose, length 15-20 m, fitted with DDC 2″ coupling and cap
1x high-capacity metered dispensing via separate outlet with DN 3″ coupling and cap (MK 3″) or via DDC 2.5″ dry coupling, with flow rate up to 400 L/min.
Metering, Drive System and Electronic Security (Including Industrial Cameras)
Maximum flow rate up to 400 L/min – mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15°C, including an electronic printer. Optional connection allows transfer of dispensing data to specific vehicles, machines or equipment, using RFID card or chip identification, with data transmitted to a PC
Optional microfilters with replaceable filter elements (1.5-25 microns)
Provision for sediment draining and sample collection from a pipeline
Drive System – powered by a generator unit with maximum operating power up to 11 kW, or directly from the 400 V electrical grid
As an optional feature, the entire dispensing system can be equipped with automatic refilling of fuel tanks for connected generators, including monitoring of key safety and operational components and fuel dispensing records, supported by industrial camera monitoring connected to a PC with an electronic printer.
