Fuel Tank Trailers CV 6–16

The towed tandem-axle tank trailer is designed for the transport of fuels. Its construction complies with ADR requirements – code LGBF. The tank trailer is homologated for operation on all public roads in accordance with EU standards and may be towed by vehicles with a minimum towing capacity of 8 tonnes and electrical and air connections compliant with EU regulations.  

Construction of the Tank

1–2 compartments with a transport volume of 6,000–16,000 L. The interior of the tank is fitted with welded baffles or partitions in accordance with ADR standards. Tank material – aluminium alloy H5182 (or stainless steel AISI 304). The tank is equipped with safety valves and a vapour recovery system enabling both bottom and top loading.  

Dispensing Equipment – as an optional extra:

1x metered dispensing via a mechanically (torsion spring), hydraulically, electrically or pneumatically driven hose reel with DN 25 (32) hose, length 15–25 m, DN 32 dispensing nozzle

1x metered dispensing via a mechanically wound hose reel with DN 25 hose, length 15 m + DN 20 automatic shut-off nozzle (flow rate up to 60 L/min.)

1x metered high-capacity dispensing via a separate outlet with DN 3” coupling and cap (MK 3”)

Drive – as an optional extra:

Electric drive from the mains or via a generator set

Metering – an optional extra:

Maximum flow rate up to 200 L/min – mechanical counter or electronic system with temperature compensation to 15 °C, including an electronic printer. Optional connection for data transmission of dispensed volumes to specific refuelled mobile vehicles, machinery and equipment after login via RFID card or chip to a PC.
